This was the easiest most efficient process ever; from the estimate, to the scheduling, to the installation of our brand new, really nice, water heater....I couldn't ask for anything more. Chris and his team are awesome and no nonsense. They're professional and they get it done. I highly recommend this company for your plumbing needs! Update December 2025: We had an issue I wasn’t aware of could happen on older toilets. I will not disclose medical things but the owner, Chris I respected and could trust him so I requested him. Unfortunately he had to travel to another City for a family emergency. However, he called me and was sending guys that said you can trust them. Sure enough, two of his employees showed up, once again communication was excellent from the office and team on timing and having to comeback with the parts, etc. After this was completed Chris came out (at no charge) to explain things to do to prevent additional issues. He knows his stuff and these guys have a quick turnaround and legit empathy for every situation. If you want the right people to trust and even comeback to put you at ease, Chris and the Fatman plumbing team is who I would 1000% recommend. June 2025: Timely, efficient, professional and overall best experience I have had. Chris, the owner of Fatman had done a solid job and because it was follow up from getting a water heater through their company, I was not charged. Great customer service!

FATman plumbing was recommended by a neighbor and they were excellent in customer service from the time I made the phone call to resolving my plumbing issue. Chris is extremely knowledgeable but also very kind and I recommend them highly.

We had a leak due to a washing machine drain. This was our 2nd time experiencing this. The former plumbers were hacks and said they don't snake drains. WHAT??!! Instead, they used a long wire to clear the drain. Of course, we had experienced the same clog again and called FATman Plumbing. Mr. Lovick of FATman Plumbing came out the day after calling, on time, and professional. He took a look at the drain and knew exactly what was happening. He explained the reason for the clog, how he would fix it, and what we could do to make sure that it didn't happen again. He cleared the drain and cleaned up after himself. We are very happy and will use him again if we need to.
